Salon Policies

•New color clients must submit via text message photos of current hair and hair goals/inspiration photos before booking an appointment to insure correct service and time.

•To book online, all appointments are asked to secure their appointment with a credit card. Doing so insures accurate availability as well as keeping my rates affordable. You will not be charged at time of booking and know that your info can not be accessed by myself or anyone else. The only time this card will be charged is if you fail to comply with my cancellation policy, listed below.

•All appointments are required to “confirm” their appointment via the confirmation reminder (either text message or email) 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so can result in a cancellation fee.

•If you are running later then 15 minutes to your scheduled time, you may be asked to reschedule or have an abbreviated service.

•All appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior to their appointment or else a cancellation fee will be charged

•No Entourage Policy- to ensure the safety and comfort of all persons in the suite. That means no friends, no family, no children or anyone allowed in the suite that is not receiving hair care services EXCEPT for guardian(s), of an underage child with an appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with guests, know you may be asked to reschedule.

•I take pride in knowing that clients are satisfied when leaving my space but understand adjustments may be necessary from time to time. If you find you are needing an adjustment, please contact me within 48 hours of original service.

*Note that no refunds will be given and any altering or home remedies done outside of the salon will void this policy.
